This cream looks heavy when it comes out of the packaging but it spreads easily and is soaked in super quickly. I like the uplifting light scent, which stays on the skin for a while. It’s a lovely smell. I really like that this company (which has been around since the 1920’s), still seems so invested in improving it’s already impressive track record with sustainability. I like that by cultivating the raw materials on their own land and owning their huge medicinal plant garden, they can control the production process better than some other brands.

I absolutely adore Weleda Skin Food. It has become a cherished part of my skincare routine because it feels like a luxurious treat every time I use it. The rich, nourishing formula works wonders on my skin, leaving it soft, hydrated, and glowing. Knowing that it is made with high-quality, natural ingredients and adheres to the highest ethical standards makes me love it even more. It’s incredibly comforting to use a product that is not only effective but also aligns with my values of sustainability and cruelty-free practices. This has truly become my go-to solution for all my skin’s needs and I can’t imagine my skincare routine without it. I love Weleda products because they embody everything I value in skincare and sustainability. The use of quality natural raw materials, coupled with a commitment to organic cultivation, not only ensures the products are gentle and effective but also actively contributes to soil health and biodiversity conservation. Their ethical stance against animal testing aligns with my beliefs, and their membership in the Union for Ethical Biotrade (UEBT) further underscores their dedication to ethical practices. I am also deeply impressed by Weleda’s efforts to support rural communities through education and facilities, as well as their status as a certified B-Corporation. Their holistic approach, from maintaining vast organic medicinal plant gardens to powering production facilities with renewable energy, showcases a profound commitment to sustainability that I truly admire.

I have used Weleda Skin Food for years and have always loved how it quickly takes care of problematic dry areas of skin. I am also so impressed with Weleda’s medicinal plant garden! It is so great to hear about where ingredients come from and I love they come from Weleda’s very own farm!
