I thoroughly enjoyed the taste of this lactation tea. I also really enjoyed the convenience of the easy to use tea bags, especially during this time of early postpartum when my hands are full! The tea really helped to increase milk supply and assist with hydration for Mum and I noticed a reduction in her babies unsettled tummy.
