The brand keeps all parts of production (design, patternmaking, cutting and sewing) local, makes pieces in small quantities to avoid overproduction and excess stock and ensures extremely high quality standards - designed to fit beautifully, and for longevity.
Sustainable
Waverly Swim products are made from ECONYL® regenerated nylon from Aquafil, with Aquafil recycling up to 36 million pounds of carpet annually. The brand’s fabric has certifications from OEKO-TEX®, Global Recycled Standard and The Higg Index and is part of the Healthy Seas initiative. All orders are shipped via Carbon Neutral delivery company Sendle, packaging is plastic-free and uses recycled compostable cardboard and no unnecessary swing tags and safety pins are used. Waverly Swim is also a Stripe Climate Member and contributes 0.5% of their revenue to carbon removal projects.

Waverley Swim’s Wrap Wrashie is combining sun safety and sustainability in the best way possible. This is a truly versatile garment that can be mixed and matched with your existing swimwear, worn with swim bottoms or over the top of your swimwear. I love that it can be styled so many ways and provide easy sun safety. This belongs in every woman’s beach bag! It’s clear that people + planet were not an afterthought for Waverley Swim. I love the commitment to a quality and inclusive product, and slow and sustainable production. The world needs more brands like Waverley Swim!

Design is cute, an alternative to the traditional rashie that’s a little more stylish and flattering. Also something you could wear from beach to bar. Love that it has an inclusive sizing range. Love the small batch mindset to reduce wastage and keep it local. Lots of great ticks here for sustainability!
