Tribe Skincare – Soothing Anti-Redness Serum

The texture is nice and absorbs quickly. It doesn’t leave the skin tacky. There’s a nice matte finish. Airless pump bottles are also a nice way to dispense serums with no waste. Keeping the supply chain local is increasingly the right thing to do and the brand has embraced using local ingredients and production. It’s also really great to see that their packaging is fully recyclable in domestic recycling bins, as historically beauty packaging wasn’t and billions of pieces of it ended up (still do) in landfill every year!

This serum feels lovely on the skin, it absorbs easily and leaves the skin feeling nourished and soothed. It also sits well under makeup and other skincare products for a nighttime routine. It’s great to see that Tribe Skincare have updated their packaging so that people are able to add them to their household recycling when they’re done as this makes it much more likely to be recycled than if they needed to process them through something like Terracycle.
