Sustainable
Tidhá is committed to sustainability in all aspects of their business. They use recyclable materials and avoid plastic containers and bottles, opting for glass bottles with aluminium pumps and lids. Their paper packaging is FSC certified and free of plastic laminates, with a water-based coating that allows for easy recycling. All shipping solutions, including packaging peanuts and labels, are 100% home compostable, and both shipping and gift boxes are made from renewable wood sourced locally to reduce their carbon footprint. Tidhá sources ingredients locally in Australia, produces in small batches to minimise waste and works with responsible manufacturers and suppliers. They also aim to create a recycling program as their business grows and encourage customers to reuse and compost their shipping mailers.
Responsible
Tidha has taken steps towards fulfilling its social responsibility through partnerships with TreeSisters and Greenfleet Australia. With TreeSisters, Tidha Beauty plants a tree for every product sold and contributes towards education, local communities, and biodiversity projects. Through its partnership with Greenfleet Australia, Tidha Beauty works towards reducing its carbon footprint and improving soil and water quality, as well as contributing to the Koala Habitat project. Tidha Beauty is also donating 250 products of its Nourish Face Oil to an Australian charity supporting women's refuge, homeless, victims of domestic violence, asylum seekers, and at-risk youth. The brand hopes to partner with many more social and environmental causes as its business grows.
