I just love watching this brew in my clear teapot. It starts out pale blue, before a plume of bright red drops directly down from the diffuser. The dry aroma is as the blend looks – like freshly cut flowers. Upon brewing, I inhale the scent of spring blossoms on a summer breeze – wish I could bottle it! The flavour itself is subtle, floral, and cleansing. It’s not at all acidic like some rose and hibiscus blends can be. This is wonderful iced, too. I really appreciate that ingredients have been sourced and wild harvested in a way that benefits first nations growers, suppliers and communities, as well as the extra steps this small business takes to reduce waste and give back to first nations communities.
