The Sleep Store recently completed their first carbon audit with www.toitu.co.nz, which they passed with flying colours. The brand will continue to work with Toitu towards becoming carbon zero over the next few years. The Sleep Store creates reusable, recyclable, or compostable packaging for their own brand products. They offer high-quality but good value products, with carefully considered fit to help reduce purchase frequency. In addition, they run an Outlet store on their website to on-sell lightly used, faulty, or seconds items at a cheaper price to reduce waste.
Responsible
The Sleep Store supports Playcentre, Give a Kid a Blanket, Parents Centre NZ, Oxfam, Mummys in Need, Mum Clique, Littlemore, the Kindness Collective Foundation and their own community of The Sleep Store customers with donations and assisting in recycling good quality products to those who need it. The brand also funds a team of expertly trained sleep coaches to provide infant sleep advice free of charge throughout Sleep Store support groups and have also launched a social organisation Babywearing Aotearoa, a community organisation and social enterprise helping parents to learn about babywearing and find the best carrying option for their family.

These merino lounge pyjamas are so soft and cosy! My 2.5 year old daughter often wears this set as a daytime tracksuit too. I was impressed with the sizing being slightly ‘oversized’, meaning the set is going to last us a lot longer. It arrived in a recyclable postage bag/compostable packaging which was wonderful!
