I really loved this for its unique blend of ingredients – a mix of chinese medicinal herbs that help support digestion amongst other health benefits (white peony for hormones, astragalus for immune health and more). If you’ve tried Chinese herbs before, you’ll know that you’re not exactly taking them for the flavour! But thanks to the additive of sweet monk fruit, this was palatable, especially when I added milk.
I’m really impressed by Shoku Iku’s incredible efforts to source ethically and sustainably and give back to society.
