Sande Kids Sand Brush is Fair Trade and handmade in Sri Lanka from sustainable materials such as coconut husk, jute fibre, and sustainably sourced rubber wood. The Waterproof Car Seat & Pram Liner is made from food-grade silicone, which is highly durable and designed to last, and can be returned to the company for recycling. Their packaging choices are minimalist and made from recycled or FSC-certified paper, and they deliver in compostable or recycled ocean plastic satchels.
Responsible
Sande Kids manufactures its Sand Brush in Sri Lanka, supporting Fair Trade communities to ensure fair wages and working conditions. I am not going to lie, I have been using this product non stop in the house as well as the car. We had a beach weekend away recently and I took the sand brush with me and gosh it surprised me how well it worked! I’ve been brushing sand out of the car, crumbs off the lounge and everything else in between. The brush is comfortable to hold, the fibres are gentle on fabrics and kids skin, overall a simple yet amazing product! Love it!

I love that their packaging is minimalistic and recyclable. I also think it’s pretty cool that they collaborate with Import Ants that work with Sri Lankan Artisans in fair trade communities. I really love this and wish more businesses did the same. I also love that they donate to take 3 for the sea from every purchase.
