Ethical
Rachel Ranger products are manufactured in Western Australia. The brand uses ethically sourced Beeswax from abandoned hives, supplied from a certified organic honey producer in WA. Products are made predominantly from plant material. Rachel Ranger endeavors to use ingredients from their country of origin to ensure support and have a strong relationship with suppliers, enabling the brand to ensure their end product is clean, ethical, sustainable and has a low carbon footprint. Furthermore no animal products are used in the making of the packaging or the product itself (except for ethically sourced beeswax).
Sustainable
Sendle is used to deliver parcels (they offer carbon neutral services). Biodegradable packing peanuts and recycled cardboard packing boxes are used. The brand purchases all their stock/ingredients from Australia. Packaging tubes are made from recycled plastic and brushes are synthetic.
Responsible
Rachel Ranger supports local and Australia wide businesses/charities through product or cash donations. Furthermore they have held business events for local "women in business" to give them a platform to promote and educate.

I like that this mascara is water-proof, made of minerals, and can be used on sensitive eyes. I like the brands focus on only testing on humans, and standing against animal testing or using animal derivatives. Beeswax can be controversial but they seem to be conscious of how and where it is obtained from!
