They have actively fundraised for Royal Hospital for Women Foundation, The Cancer Council, The Heart Foundation, The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and many more. The packaging and the product both feel luxurious. It’s a balm but it goes on thinner than you would expect, which is actually nice, and absorbs very quickly leaving the skin soft, not greasy. It feels like it supports my skin barrier. It’s lack of scent is welcome and it doesn’t seem to irritate my rosacea, dermatitis or cause redness. It also seems to be really good value, as you only need to use the tiniest amount at a time. It also doubles nicely as a lip balm and cuticle cream or an eczema cream in a pinch. I used it on my son’s flared eczema and it didn’t burn on application. The brand focuses on supporting their local community as well as local charities that help women and children. I also like that they manufacture in small batches locally and that their entire range is dedicated to sensitive skin.

This is such a unique and gorgeous product! I have sensitive/dehydrated skin so I always lock as much hydration into my skin as possible and this does an amazing job! Also when I’ve had any irritation this does a great job of calming things down and making my skin comfortable. I love that QED Skincare, where possible, priorities local ingredients and ensures the ethical sourcing of those ingredients. Their approach to producing products in small batches is also great not only because it minimises waste but also because it ensures freshness for the consumer. It’s also great to hear that their packaging no longer contains mixed materials to make recycling easier.
