The Australian-owned brand designs and prints its products in Australia, but they are made in China by Jiangyin Fuda Garment Co, trading as Finetex Co, which is BSCI-certified and provides periodic audits to demonstrate compliance with fair pay and good working conditions.

Powerpants uses GOTS certified organic cotton to make their products and ships them in eco-friendly packaging. Their packaging is recycled, recyclable, and compostable, sourced from Australian companies like noissue, PrintTogether and The Better Packaging Co. Powerpants also uses water-based printing and ships orders from a solar-powered office in Sydney, delivering them to the local post office on foot.
