Ethical
All Over All 1516 products are made locally by the brand owner or an assistant, within their own studio ensuring ethical conditions are met. Marketing actively avoids any pressure tactics that might make customers feel manipulated to purchase. Wherever possible business supplies are purchased from local or Australian brands & creatives.
Sustainable
Fabric is 100% cotton, pre-consumer upcycled denim, made in a closed loop third-generation family owned textile mill in Guatemala. Each pair of dungarees saves 7000 litres of water compared to if regular denim fabric was used (even organic). All fabric scraps are kept and repurposed into other products, from sew-on alphabet patches, to sashiko kits and patchwork denim baby blankets. Products are made to order. The thread used to sew the garments is cradle to cradle certified Tencel, which means it is a biodegradable material that will eventually break down. The denim mill operates a closed-loop, zero waste facility by working with local coffee farmers; they are able to supply excess cotton at the end of the weaving process to farms for fertiliser. Orders are sent in biodegradable packaging, with a carbon neutral delivery service.
Responsible
A percentage of profits is donated to Children's Ground - an organisation that works with Aboriginal communities, as well as Womens Aid, who support women navigating domestic violence in the UK.

Over All 1516’s Stow unisex kids dungarees is easily the most quality made childrens garment I’ve come across. The stitching and sturdiness of the dungarees is second to none and the design is great, allowing for easy dressing and nappy changes. I love that they’re made from quality, upcycled fabrics and not contributing to the large amount of unwanted fabrics/textiles on the planet. I have no doubt these dungarees will be worn for years ahead, and passed on for others to enjoy. It’s clear that Over All 15 16 understands its supply chain intimately, and is taking care to ensure that people and planet are respected throughout. I love the thought given to the fabric sourcing, production, the products design and the packaging. I also love the importance given to longevity of the garment which is a rarity in kids clothing. This is truly a slow fashion brand with no compromise to people or planet.

These dungarees are the best! We love to use them for outside/messy play, and I absolutely love that I can pop them on over the top of whatever bub is wearing, knowing that they will catch all the mess, leaving her outfit underneath clean and dry! The snap buttons make them super easy to put on and take off (a MASSIVE win with a wriggly bub!) and they look super cute as well.
