NaturKidz – Fruit Crispz – Apple & Feijoa Sticks

The products arrived in great condition, especially considering the fragility of the apple sticks and the minimal packaging. The product packaging is cute with the little fruit with smiley faces and the colourful packets were a hit with the kids. Perfect portion size for lunchboxes or on the go car snacks. The apple sticks are super tasty and the kids love them! I love that the only ingredient is apple. I love that this brand is reducing food waste by utilising that which otherwise would have ended up in landfill or not been picked in the first place. I also like that they donate 2% of profits back to organisations that support the development, education, care and safety of children along with donating surplus products so they don’t go to waste.

Just three whole food ingredients (no added sugar or artificials added)! They are a delicious (I especially love the feijoa bits) and very convenient low sugar snack! I think kids would love the packaging thinking they are having ‘packet food’ or a treat whilst they are being nourished. I love that they source and use the fruits that would have been added to landfill. I love that they are supporting local farmers and organic/responsible farming practices and that the surplus is donated too. I’m also impressed that they return a % of profit to charity.

I love that they are able to prevent fruit going to landfill and also be able to to capture and retain most of the original nutrients of the New Zealand grown fruit! I’m impressed by their commitment to running a thoughtful local business, focused on solving a couple of problems at the same time.
