I like that it is easy to grip and hold, the lid is very solid and I appreciate that the lid stays attached to the bottle when unscrewed. I like the wide opening which is easy to fill and drink from. Very easy to clean! I like that it’s made of good quality durable stainless steel, feels solid and like it will survive drops and knocks. I also like that it was packaged without plastic (both the product and the shipping packaging). The packaging protected the product without being excessive.
