Mokosh products contain 100% certified organic ingredients, except for soaps which are NASAA approved due to inability to meet the 95% minimum organic ingredients requirement. Fairly traded ingredients like coconut oil, shea butter and cacao butter are used, with a fair trade element included in all certified organic produce. The range is certified palm oil free by Orangutan Alliance and manufactured in Fremantle, Western Australia. None of the products or ingredients are tested on animals and synthetic ingredients are avoided except in the soaps where sodium hydroxide is necessary. This ethical approach ensures consumer and environmental safety, transparency in production processes and no toxic waste generation.
Mokosh prioritises sustainability through 100% certified organic ingredients in their products and avoiding synthetic ingredients to minimise chemical waste. Their packaging is compostable or recyclable, with a container return scheme in place for certain items to reduce waste. The brand operates with minimal waste practices, using solar-generated electricity and supporting tree planting initiatives through Carbon Neutral. Furthermore Mokosh has purchased over 6500 trees to date, contributing to biodiversity and environmental rehabilitation efforts.
Mokosh has supported One Girl, a charity that educates girls in Africa, as part of their social responsibility efforts since 2016.

I love the feel of this oil between my fingers. It glides onto the skin, absorbs quickly and has a sweet, subtle scent. I applied it at night and woke each day with smooth, soft skin. With continued use, I can imagine seeing wonderful results thanks to the Bakuchiol, along with other nourishing ingredients like prickly pear and baobab seed oil. A few drops of this golden-tinged, earth-scented serum is more than enough to cover your face and neck. The careful combination of organic ingredients, including baobab and prickly pear, creates a wonderfully functional product that does a bit of everything and leaves your skin looking and feeling healthier. I love that the product came with a reply paid slip to return the empty packaging. What a fantastic idea!
