Mavella Superfoods is an Australian owned company that utilises concentrated fruits and vegetable powder, which are grown and processed locally. The raw fruits and vegetables are dried in a way to preserve the natural vitamins, enzymes and nutrients found in fruit and vegetables. The brand’s processing facility meets the following principles and criteria: HACCP, ISO9001, ACO accreditation, Kosher and their products fall under the following standards, Standard 1.2.7 – Nutrition, health and related claims as well as Standard 2.9.3, and have been checked by food legal consultants.
Sustainable
The Mavella boost range uses resealable pouches that also maintain the freshness of their products. The brand sources Australian raw materials to help reduce their carbon footprint and further strengthen the Australian Economy. They are also a member of the Rainforest Alliance, meaning the products (or specified ingredients) were produced by farmers, foresters, and/or companies working together to create a world where people and nature thrive in harmony.
Responsible
Mavella Superfoods give samples to those in need - recently supplying Ronald McDonald Houses with sachets for their kitchen as well as a Toowoomba Hospital Charity event. The brand has also supported charities such as The Sanctuary Women, Children and Pet’s Refuge and Mater Children's Hospital High Tea.

This is a truly unique tea with unusual ingredients. Whilst infusing, the tea turns from a pale to deep blue. Add a dash of lemon and it turns purple! The kids loved watching it brew. The taste is mellow yet slightly fruity, and because it’s blue, I’m almost tricked into thinking it’s blueberry flavoured. I enjoyed drinking this with a dash of soy milk. The added collagen adds an extra health benefit to what is already a well-rounded tea for wellbeing.
I appreciate that this brand is a member of the rainforest alliance and that efforts are made to give back to society.
