This is a gorgeous blend and I love that the ingredients had a lovely roasty flavour. It was easy to blend and enjoyable that it had the coconut milk powder included. This was also low in sugar which was a plus and it was not too sweet but you could add a little maple sugar or honey if you liked it a little sweeter. It is great it includes Valerian Root as a sleep aid! It is also great to know the tubes are recyclable and that they are sustainably sourcing mostly organic ingredients. I love that they are a female-led business representing mothers! They are also really making an effort with making sure the packaging has a small environmental impact!

The Luka Wellness Superfoods Drinking Chocolate is a wonderful blend of well combined natural ingredients that together make a delicious “hot chocolate” with benefits. I love the addition of passionflower and valerian for its calming effect as well as it being naturally sweetened with no added sugar. It’s also great to see Luka Wellness using the highest grade ethically sourced cacao and their commitment to sustainability practices with the efforts made to utilise minimal impact packaging.

Creamy, chocolatey, functional and utterly delicious! I can’t imagine any member of the family not loving this sleep-promoting blend, with all the therapeutic extras (such as Passionflower, Valerian Root and prebiotics) and low sugar content making it a guilt-free hot chocolate choice. I love that this small women-led brand supports other female businesses, as well as several minority groups in their local community.
