This is a great alternative to whey protein and still packs a punch with the amount of protein it delivers! I really enjoyed knowing it contained natural sweetener and flavours as well as probiotics and L-Glutamine. It really is a one-stop for supplementing the body with the inclusion of Iron for energy and recovery. I also love that the tin can be recycled and reused!
