Jurlique – Rare Rose Face Oil

It’s a beautiful, sensorial experience to use this delightful, nourishing face oil. It’s memorable and enjoyable, a scent that stays with you long after it’s washed off. Since the beauty industry is centred so much on female consumers, I’m always impressed by a brand who puts energy into ensuring there is male representation throughout their business. This brand boasts impressive certifications which I know are difficult to attain, so they should be commended for extending their efforts into something so concrete.

I really enjoyed that this face oil had a really silky finish and didn’t leave a residue when applied. I love squalane oil and was pleased to see this top of the ingredient list. I love that this brand sources their ingredients so thoughtfully and that the products are made in Australia.

The first standout of this Face Oil is the incredible fragrance. It smells divine! It’s the kind of smell that brings joy instantly. I found that my skin absolutely drank this beautiful and nourishing oil in, leaving a smooth and glowing finish. Great morning and night and works well under makeup. Jurlique are a brand that have clearly invested heavily in ethical, sustainable and social responsibility initiatives over a number of years. This demonstrates an ongoing and dedicated commitment to ESG by the brand and is evidenced by their BCorp status. I am impressed by the wide range of areas that Jurlique is focussed on – from their biodynamic farm to their solar-powered factories, work on sustainable packaging and more.
