Joonya nappies are manufactured with a focus on sustainability and safety. The materials used in the nappies are approved by certifications such as the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, EU Ecolabel and FSC. The production process is environmentally friendly, with the factory using renewable electricity and recycling production waste. The nappies are free from harmful substances such as PAH's, Chlorine and Formaldehyde and are regularly tested for skin irritations. Additionally, the nappies are vegan and not tested on animals, as confirmed by certifications on the packaging.

I was astounded at how slimline these are. I think the public perception would be that nappies which are better for the planet would somehow sacrifice performance in some way, or at the very least be bulkier. These are clear proof that you can have planet and performance in one! All of the brands policies and efforts to do things better are also incredibly impressive. I liked the fit of these nappies and they felt quite soft so must have been comfortable for my little one. The print was quite sweet too.
