This Collagen Lip Plumping Booster feels smooth on the lips and lip area. I found that it works well around the corners of my lips, which tend to get dry when I spend the day in air conditioning. It smells pleasant, is hydrating and doesn’t leave the skin around your lips greasy as it soaks in quickly.
