Having only ever tried period cups made with silicone in the past, I was excited to try this cup made with natural rubber tree sap. Lovely and soft to touch, I found it easy to fold and insert. It retained its position reasonably well (after two babies, I am a size 3) and I found myself changing it every 6-8 hours or so. Wow!
