Ethical
HeavenLee products are proudly manufactured in Bali, Indonesia, using a small Indonesian family business. The factory receives regular visits to ensure comfortable working conditions. HeavenLee further supports their small factory by providing their references to other swimwear brands, with the intention that it can help provide work to their factory.
Sustainable
Yarn used in HeavenLee fabric is a sustainable solution and the company ECONYL® is very passionate about their global footprint. Every part of their manufacturing factory supports sustainability, from the water used in their silo's to recycling old carpets and even employing divers to search for abandoned fishing nets to recycle. An eco-friendly ink is used to print onto their fabrics. Fabric scraps are reused to produce scrunchies, hair ties and anything to help reduce their waste. Furthermore factory staff take the scraps to their villages, using them to produce crafts to sell.
Compostable, zero-waste satchels used for shipping are made from mostly plant-based materials such as PLA and a certified compostable material called PBAT.
Responsible
During the summer months HeavenLee Swim VIP family contributes to their Conservation Program. Every month a cause or charity is nominated to donate a portion of monthly sales too. HeavenLee has supported the Bali Sea Turtle Society and Rick O'Barry's Dolphin Project.
HeavenLee has campaigns to support Clean Up the Beach day, Recycling weeks and Reduce Reuse/Recycle events. Furthermore they love to support other small businesses by sharing their production facilities and processes.

I love that these are colourful, fun boardshorts for boys and aren’t just a classic ‘boyish’ print. They are my son’s favourite – not only due to the colour, but also the beautifully soft material. They have a flat front fit and back elastic, so they not only fit well but look streamlined under a t-shirt or rashie. I also really appreciate that they are made from sustainable fabric.
