Healthier Tastier Foods – Pressed Liquid Coconut Premium Oil (MCT Oil)

Beautiful, smooth and easy to use – no strong flavours that are overbearing. I loved the jumbo sized bottle (less packaging for more product) and the 100% pure ingredients! I also love the simple pure ingredients made from 100% coconut oil and the avoidance of harsh chemicals in manufacturing.

The subtle, barely there flavour of this coconut oil is a huge plus for cooking as it makes it incredibly versatile. While the nutritional benefits of cooking with coconut oil are well known, the coconut flavour imparted by many oils can be a real drawback in recipes as the flavour “takes over” or doesn’t complement the dish. This is a healthy, plant based alternative to many cooking fats that I’m enjoying using. I’ve also been enjoying the hydration properties as a lip balm and skin ointment during the cooler months. I’m impressed by the brands commitment to quality and purity of this product in using organic coconuts and extracting the most potent part of the coconut oil.

This premium grade coconut oil provides a versatile alternative option to other oils on the market. Being liquid I’m impressed by the ease of use from cooking to salad dressings. The subtle coconut flavour provides a lovely addition to stir fries and Asian style dishes and with no nasties added and no solvents the liquid nature of the oil provides the coconut loving consumer with a more concentrated MCT oil than other coconut oils. I particularly like that being liquid it lends itself to all kinds of recipes where a solid coconut oil may have its limitations. The ethical standards of the brand are evident with their selection of organically grown coconuts and supporting local communities of coconut farmers. It’s also great to see the product in a glass bottle that can be recycled.
