Goodbye OUCH Vanilla Balm is manufactured in New Zealand and carries the Fernmark to show its country of origin. All ingredients are audited under NATRUE and Vegan certification to ensure no animal testing and no GMO. The collaboration with Heilala Vanilla was created because they are a B-Corp working genuinely in an industry known for trickery and abuse. This cute little tin is perfect for my handbag and the balm is great for my lips – and my daughter’s. She is five and wants to use lip balm! This product is perfect as it leaves your skin super soft but is also good for you. I really like that they have decided that the small tin is best for responsible packaging and that it contains three times the amount in a normal lip balm – that’s impressive! I also like that they have been a member of One Percent for the Planet for 10 years.

My kids lips have suffered from the harsh, cold winter wind this year and after trying this on their windburned lips, after a few days of consistent application – the redness went away! I love how quickly this balm healed and calmed down sensitive lips and the skin surrounding the area. I also really like the aluminium tin and how it can be reused or recycled. Equally, I love how long lasting the formula is, meaning the need to re-purchase is reduced.
