Fibre For Good is set to launch a tier 5 vertical operation in 2026, aiming to establish a fully sustainable clothing supply chain with GOTS Certified new standards. The initiative encompasses every stage of production, starting from the selection of organic heirloom seeds to the creation of biodegradable clothing designed to decompose in home compost bins. Through regenerative farming practices, unbleached and undyed materials and sustainable manufacturing processes, the brand is working towards minimising environmental impact and promoting a circular economy within the fashion industry.
Fibre For Good focuses on sustainability by offering 100% Organic Natural colour Cotton (ONCC) products for minimal environmental impact. They also provide biodegradable garments, ONCC wash care labels and raw cotton swing tags made from natural materials. In terms of packaging, the brand uses biodegradable corn starch bags for stock and online deliveries, FSC recycled cartons and recycled tape to reduce reliance on virgin materials and minimise plastic waste. Their operations are home-based to decrease energy consumption and further reduce their environmental impact.
Fibre For Good focuses on both environmental sustainability and social responsibility. They ensure fair wages and safe working conditions for all workers in their supply chain and promote transparency and traceability in their sourcing practices. The brand supports local artisan farmers by promoting organic cotton production to create stable income opportunities for communities. I’ve heard about the ethos of this brand and personally met the owner at the markets so I’m a bit biased. I really love and back this brand for sustainability and cleanliness. I think the softness of these and the texture were beautiful!! They were lovely on Phoenix’s skin and we used them quite a bit in the bath to wash him with as they were so lovely and soft.
