Endota Organics range is certified by COSMOS through the Australian Certified Organic (ACO) accreditation, indicating a commitment to protecting the environment and supporting local communities. Some face products undergo clinical trials to ensure effectiveness. Therapists receive extensive product training, with information packs available for all products. The organics range was reformulated in 2016 to incorporate the latest skincare advancements. Annual audits by ACO confirm compliance with their protocols, including avoiding controversial chemicals in formulations. Furthermore manufacturers are evaluated on environmentally-friendly practices and warehouse audits ensure adherence to COSMOS standards.
Endota is an Australian made and owned brand that prioritises sustainable packaging, aiming to have 100% of their packaging be reused, recycled, or composted at the end of its life. Their current sustainable packaging includes using 70 percent post-consumer recycled plastic for their Organics range and 40% sugarcane for tube packaging, which is fully compostable. Their Power Serum Sheet Masks are made from biodegradable Tencel fabric, while their tea pouches are made from plant-based materials that are also fully biodegradable. In addition, Endota requires growers to document farming practices that respect biodiversity and have minimal impact on ecosystems, with organic suppliers following organic farming principles. Endota also holds COSMOS certification, which ensures environmental protection throughout the production process and supports local communities, helping to reduce their carbon footprint.
Since 2016, Endota has collaborated with Marnin Studio - an inspiring group of Indigenous women in Fitzroy Crossing, Western Australia, commissioning artwork for packaging and giving a percentage of sales in return. They also partner with local artists for seasonal campaigns and support not-for-profits through partnerships, sponsorships and donations. The brand's purpose-led focus includes the nourish.nurture.you campaign, showcasing raw beauty and organic skincare. Founding CEO Melanie Gleeson attends industry events and therapist activations provide massages at age homes.

In a sea of white and beige baby products, I find this handsome green bottle so chic in the bathroom. I adore the ease of a pump pack in this format (I wish all of my products had this ease of use in mind). There’s a comfort that comes from the unique scent too. It’s earthy, fresh and green. Adhering to the rigours of official certification is also always a fast track to impressing a consumer. It means this brand goes beyond buzz words and stands behind their claims.

I loved it’s a 3 in one as my kids love bubble baths and I need to wash their little bodies and hair, so this was a treat to have as an all in 1 option. Being soap free was a WIN as my son has very sensitive skin. I love that it’s organic as it’s hard to find certified organic products and I was impressed about the Marnin Studio and that the company commissions Indigenous women’s artwork to be used on some of the packaging!

This body wash and shampoo delighted me with its soothing lavender scent and gentle bubbles during my baby’s night time bath routine. It lathered beautifully and the oat ingredient provided a gentle, moisturising and exfoliating touch for my baby’s skin. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this on myself as well – it’s simply lovely! From a perspective of social responsibility and supply chain transparency, I greatly appreciate Endota’s COSMOS certification, rigorous annual audits and comprehensive batch traceability measures. These initiatives ensure that Endota maintains ethical practices throughout its operations. What particularly impressed me is their commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing -from their product development teams to their service staff to their social responsibility engagements within the community. Such practices not only demonstrate a commitment to ethical standards but also contribute positively to global efforts by disseminating valuable knowledge across their stakeholders.
