The Endota Organics range has achieved COSMOS certification through the Australian Certified Organic (ACO) accreditation, showcasing their commitment to environmental protection and supporting local communities. Several face products have undergone clinical trials to ensure effectiveness. Therapists receive extensive product training, with a focus on high-quality service and product knowledge. The organics range was reformulated in 2016 to incorporate the latest skincare developments. The brand undergoes an annual audit to confirm compliance with strict protocols, including avoiding controversial chemicals. Furthermore manufacturing processes and warehouse storage are evaluated for environmental and human health respect.
Endota is an Australian made and owned brand that prioritises sustainable packaging, with the aim of producing 1005 of its packaging to be reused, recycled, or composted at the end of its life. Their packaging includes materials such as 70% post-consumer recycled plastic and 40% sugarcane tube packaging, which is fully compostable. In addition, their Power Serum Sheet Masks are made from a biodegradable Tencel fabric and their tea pouches are made from plant-based materials that are also fully biodegradable. Growers supplying products to Endota must adhere to biodiversity-friendly farming practices, with organic suppliers following organic farming principles.
Endota collaborates with Marnin Studio - a group of inspiring Indigenous women in Western Australia, to produce artwork for packaging, giving them a percentage of sales. They also partner with local artists for seasonal campaigns and support various not-for-profits through sponsorships and donations. The launch of the nourish.nurture.you campaign in March 2023 emphasises the brand's focus on raw beauty and organic skincare. Founding CEO Melanie Gleeson attends events to share her journey in the wellness industry, while therapists provide complimentary massages to age homes and not-for-profit organisations.

The company is well established and doing all the right things when it comes to social responsibility and contributing to the community.
