I love that this product creates the opportunity to undertake cold therapy at home as well as a gentle introduction to alternatives to extreme cold or hot baths. I am curious about anything that challenges mainstream or trending ideas in the natural health space. Ice baths have been all the rage for a while now – however intuitively I haven’t felt they have been right for me (at least not consistently). I’m also impressed by the flexible, space conscious yet sustainable packaging of the product.
