What our experts say...

A lot of comfort with a little frill. The Eco Intimates Stella Bralette is a practical yet feminine piece that fits like a glove. I’ve found myself reaching for this comfortable, supportive and wire-free bra most days. Eco Intimates’ relationship with its makers is inspiring. The brand is mindful of environmental factors but not at the detriment of a quality product which is ultimately the most sustainable outcome.

Stretchy and feels great, with good quality main and fixings. I like that it is reasonably thick cotton fabric – shows good quality of workmanship and fabric sourcing. I like that they use mostly organic cotton, and it’s machine washable. I personally prefer bralettes without inner-wire, which is why I like this design as well. I think it’s great that it’s made by a small collection of makers in a family – there’s a pretty good direct connection from the business owner to the makers to ensure there are no ethical issues. I like the offer of repairs for the life of the garment and the understanding that sometimes longevity trumps recyclability. Also appreciate the diversity of sizes.
